2 weeks agoI had dinner on Tuesday, 5/26/26 at Peach Blossom Diner in Spartanburg, SC. I ordered baked chicken, Mac n cheese and a toss salad. I was told by the waitress that you only can get a breast in the baked chicken. The chicken was dry and the salad (lettuce, tomato and cheese) was plain and wet. Instead of allowing me to put the salad dressing on the staff in the back did it. The mac n cheese was good. I will not be going there again.

a month agoService was really good and plenty of seats. Had been wanting to try this place since we passed by several times. Pancakes were good; the omelet not so much. Taste was good but for the price it wasn't worth it. Portion size for the omelet was small. Only 1 egg, small scoop of non seasoned grits and the toast. Toast was good. The omelet price was $14 and some change. The normal restaurant we go to without calling any names you get 2 eggs in the omelet and a large scoop of seasoned grits and toast for around $9. Should have taken a picture if you don't believe me.

3 months agoSign said seat yourself. My 3 kids and I sat in the back corner and never received service after about 10 minutes. I saw a few workers doing shift work and at least 6 others walking around. No one came over or barely glaced our way. I told the host on the way out that if there wasn't someone working the section they should block it off. I was told "it's shift change".

3 months agoOn 2/24/26 my wife and I tried the Peach Blossom Cafe in Spartanburg, SC, each ordering a western omelet. The omelet filling was very basic, all I saw was diced ham (cut in miniature pieces), cheese, onions and peppers, mushrooms were extra. The omelet was not filled completely to the ends. Did not offer hash browns, only fried potatoes. The plate was certainly not "plentiful". They served 4 biscuits that were very good. The OJ and coffee was also good. Order total before tip was +$36.

5 months agoAbsolutely a gem. Found Peach Blossom Diner because I forgot to eat breakfast and needed to do some work. The service, food, and atmosphere were perfect.

7 months agoLet’s just say this, we won’t be back. The meat loaf was horrible. Had it not been for the red sauce on top of it it would have tasted like an unseasoned ground beef patty. The green beans must have been straight from a can and along with the mash potatoes they must have been out all day. On top of all that, we had to send the meatloaf back to have them heat it, even after being told it had just been made. The meatloaf dinner deserve a 0 star, the one star goes to the BLT. ALTHOUGH the bacon was not fresh and the lettuce was not a leaf of lettuce it was the hard part of the iceberg lettuce.

9 months agoPeach Blossom Diner was a mixed bag. It's seat-yourself and turnover is very fast so we didn't have to wait. Service is good. The menu is limited and fixed price; you choose from 6 or 7 mains and then choose 3 from the 6 or 7 veggie choices. The price also includes a bread, dessert and tea. The downside was the food; it was just mediocre. I felt like we were eating at a cafeteria but with a full service dining room in front. Not bad, just not special. Dining room and bathroom were clean.
